Equipment
- non-stick cooking spray of choice
Ingredients
- 40 oz corn kernels frozen
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese cut into chunks
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- add corn to bottom of the slow cooker40 oz corn kernels
- add in remaining ingredients and stir to gently combine2 cups cheddar cheese, 8 oz cream cheese, ¾ cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
- cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for about 1.5 - 2 hours
- stir to fully mix all ingredients.
