place cut beef chunks into a zip top plastic bag. Add flour, salt and pepper to bag. Close bag and shake until all meat is slightly coated.
3 lbs stew meat, ¼ cup flour, 1.5 teaspoon salt
Add beef and all other ingredients except olives and bay leaves to slow cooker
28 oz fire roasted tomatoes, 8 oz tomato paste, 1 cup onions , 2 large carrots, 2 cups baby potatoes, 1 red bell pepper, ½ cup dry white wine, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano
place bay leaves on top of other ingredients, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

15 - 30 minutes prior to serving,remove bay leaves and add olive slices to hot mixture. stir to combine.
