Slow Cooker Dirty Martini Dip

This creamy, olive dip is filled with the yummy flavors that make a dirty martini so special. This wonderful dip is great served with chips, crackers and veggies

Equipment

  • 2 quart slow cooker or larger
  • cutting board and knife
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • mixing spoons

Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup green olives with pimentos chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive brine
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • lemon zest optional

Instructions

  • Add 8 oz whipped cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese , 1 cup blue cheese crumbles, 1 cup green olives with pimentos, ½ cup sour cream, 4 green onions ,1 tablespoon olive brine, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder to a grease slow cooker
  • Stir to combine
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for one hour
  • Stir and again and turn slow cooker down to low
  • Top with fresh lemon zest and enjoy!
