- 2 14.5 oz cans sweet cream style corn
- 1 cup mayonnaise not sweet mayo
- 16 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 cups cheddar Jack cheese* shredded
- 2 tablespoon tajin plus more for garnish
- 2 4 oz can green chilies diced (can use mild or hot)
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cotija cheese crumbles, garnish
- green onion sliced, garnish
To a greased slow cooker add 2 14.5 oz cans sweet cream style corn , 1 cup mayonnaise, 16 oz whipped cream cheese, 2 cups cheddar Jack cheese* , 2 tablespoon tajin, 2 4 oz can green chilies, 2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and the juice and zest of 1 lime
Stir to combine
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4. All cheeses should be fully melted before moving on to the next step.
turn your slow cooker to warm, top with cotija cheese and green onion and serve
*For more heat, use pepper Jack
To dial up the heat, use diced jalapenos in place of diced chilis
