Remove skin from turkey if it has it.
Add 2.5 - 3 lbs turkey London broil into sauce in slow cooker and turn to fully coat with sauce
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hour or high for 2-3 hours.
Your turkey is ready to serve when it reaches in internal temperature of 165℉
Remove cooked turkey from slow cooker and slice into thick slices. Return slices to sauce in slow cooker and serve promptly.
Turkey can become dry and rubbery if over cooked. Each slow cooker cooks a little differently. The first time you make this dish, start testing the internal temperature about ⅔ of the way through so you know when it is ready to serve. The timing should be about the same thereafter.
Do not leave turkey on the warm setting for extended periods as it will dry out and become rubbery.
