Slow Cooker Chocolate Strawberry Brownies Recipe
These fudgy, gooey brownies are easy to make and perfect for a crowd. The strawberries add a burst of sweetness while the chocolate brings a rich, decadent flavor to the mix. It is just perfect served warm right out of the slow cooker!

- 1 box brownie mix
- 21 oz can strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
in a separate bowl, mix together 1 box brownie mix, and 1 cup butter and set aside

add 21 oz can strawberry pie filling to the bottom of a greased slow cooker
spread brownie batter mixture over top of strawberries
Sprinkle 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of the brownie batter
cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2.5 - 4 hours
serve warm right from slow cooker topped with ice cream
If your slow cooker cooks unevenly, carefully lift the hot ceramic insert out of the sow cooker. Rotate it 180° prior to replacing into cooking element. This will help facilitate even cooking.
To help keep your dish from being too soggy, try placing a tea towel or paper towel under the lid of your slow cooker. This will help to absorb some of the condensation that naturally forms under the lid.
