Slow cooker buffalo chicken sloppy Joe's are a delicious and easy take off on two favorite dishes. Creamy spicy buffalo chicken flavoring slow cooked together with ground chicken and a few veggies then served sloppy Joe style. What could be better??

Ingredients

  • lbs ground chicken
  • cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • cup carrots finely diced
  • cup onion finely diced
  • cup celery finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • blue cheese crumbles for serving
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray

  • add all ingredients into slow cooker. Use a spatula to fully break up ground chicken and stir to thoroughly combine.
    1½ lbs ground chicken, 1½ cup Buffalo wing sauce, 1 cup ranch dressing, ⅓ cup carrots, ⅓ cup onion, ⅓ cup celery, 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked through
  • Serve on bun topped with crumbled blue cheese and extra sauce from slow cooker for dipping.

Notes

*ground turkey can be used in place of ground chicken.
