- 30 Frozen chicken meatballs about 20 oz or so
- 12 oz Buffalo wing sauce use your favorite
- 8 oz Whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Ranch dressing use your favorite
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 20 oz fresh or frozen tortellini
- blue cheese crumbles, green onion optional garnish
Place 30 Frozen chicken meatballs into a well-greased slow cooker
Top with 12 oz Buffalo wing sauce, 8 oz Whipped cream cheese, 1 cup Chicken broth, 1 cup Ranch dressing, and 1 cup cheddar cheese . Stir to mix
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3
15 - 30 minutes prior to serving, add 20 oz fresh or frozen tortellini and stir to fully combine. Make sure that all the tortellini is submerged in sauce.
Once tortellini is al dente, top with blue cheese crumbles, green onion and enjoy!
