Ingredients

  • 30 Frozen chicken meatballs about 20 oz or so
  • 12 oz Buffalo wing sauce use your favorite
  • 8 oz Whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing use your favorite
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 20 oz fresh or frozen tortellini
  • blue cheese crumbles, green onion optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place 30 Frozen chicken meatballs into a well-greased slow cooker
  • Top with 12 oz Buffalo wing sauce, 8 oz Whipped cream cheese, 1 cup Chicken broth, 1 cup Ranch dressing, and 1 cup cheddar cheese . Stir to mix
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3
  • 15 - 30 minutes prior to serving, add 20 oz fresh or frozen tortellini and stir to fully combine. Make sure that all the tortellini is submerged in sauce.
  • Once tortellini is al dente, top with blue cheese crumbles, green onion and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Nutritional information does not include optional toppings
  2. For a spicier dish, use a hot wing sauce.  To tone it down, use a mild sauce
