Ingredients

  • 16 oz bag carrot chips crinkle cut, if possible
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil light olive oil works well too
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt or seasoning of choice

Instructions

  • Add 16 oz bag carrot chips to a zip-top bag
  • Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil and 1 teaspoon garlic salt to the bag. Close and shake to fully coat all chips
  • Place a single layer of coated carrots onto parchment paper
  • Cook at 375℉ for 12-13 minutes. Shake and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Your chips should be crisp on the edges and tender in the middle
  • Allow to cool and enjoy with dip of choice

  1. For a lower-sodium snack, use a salt-free seasoning

  3. All air fryers are slightly different.  Keep an eye on the first batch or so until you get a feel for the exact time your air fryer needs to get these carrots exactly where you want them.
