Ingredients

corn kernels
frozen

cheddar cheese
shredded

oz
cream cheese
cut into chunks
¾

heavy cream

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
add corn to bottom of the slow cooker
40 oz corn kernels
add in remaining ingredients and stir to gently combine
2 cups cheddar cheese,
8 oz cream cheese,
¾ cup heavy cream,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
½ teaspoon black pepper
cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for about 1.5 - 2 hours
stir to fully mix all ingredients.
serve and enjoy!
Notes
This makes a big batch! Perfect for entertaining. You can easily cut this recipe in half for a smaller crowd.
