- 24 oz frozen meatballs* I use turkey, but chicken and beef work well too.
- ½ onion diced
- 10 oz sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- red chili flakes optional
- sesame seeds and green onion optional garnish
Place 24 oz frozen meatballs* into a greased slow cooker
Add ½ onion, 10 oz sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, 1½ tablespoon soy sauce, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger and, 1 red bell pepper and stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or high for 2-3 hours).
Stir in diced red pepper and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
