Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen meatballs* I use turkey, but chicken and beef work well too.
  • ½ onion diced
  • 10 oz sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • red chili flakes optional
  • sesame seeds and green onion optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place 24 oz frozen meatballs* into a greased slow cooker
  • Add ½ onion, 10 oz sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, 1½ tablespoon soy sauce, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger and, 1 red bell pepper and stir to combine
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or high for 2-3 hours).
  • Stir in diced red pepper and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
