- 1 lb extra lean beef* 95% lean or greater
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 6 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced or grated
- 2 teaspoon ginger ground or grated
- 2 cups kimchi divided
Place 1 lb extra lean beef* in a greased slow cooker and use a spatula or wooden spoon to break apart
Add 6 oz tomato paste, 6 green onions, 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 teaspoon ginger, and 1 cup kimchi to slow cooker and stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
After cooking, stir in additional cup kimchi and serve on brioche buns.
