  • 1.5 cups honey
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1.5 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin

Instructions

  • to a greased slow cooker, add 1.5 cups honey, 2 limes - juice only, 1.5 teaspoon hot pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 cloves garlic - minced, and 1 teaspoon salt
  • whisk gentle to combine
  • add 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin to sauce and slow cooker and turn to fully coat
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Turkey is ready to serve when it reaches an internal temperature of 165℉
  • Slice or shred and enjoy!
