- 1½ lbs Stew meat The pre-cut kind makes this dish easy.
- 20 oz Frozen Butternut squash frozen, cut into cubes
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup Beef broth
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste if needed
Grease or spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking agent of choice
Add 1½ lbs Stew meat, 20 oz Frozen Butternut squash, ½ cup Balsamic vinegar, ½ cup Beef broth, ¼ cup Honey, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours
