To a well-greased slow cooker, add 1 lb Ground chicken .
Usa a rubber spatula to break the chicken apart
Add 1 cup Ranch dressing, 8 oz Whipped cream cheese, ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles, ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce, and ½ cup shredded Sharp cheddar cheese. Stir well to fully incorporate ground chicken
Cook on low for 4-6 hours on high for 2-3 hours.
After cooking, stir dip well to fully mix
Top with remaining shredded cheddar and continue to cook for a few moments until it has fully melted.
serve warm with celery, carrots, pretzels, chips or crackers.
Notes
Break chicken apart well before cooking. Chicken meat that is left in clumps will cook as clumps, resulting in a chunkier finished product.
For the easiest cleanup, be sure to coat the slow cooker well with oil or non-stick cooking spray.
To confirm that the ground chicken is fully cooked, insert a meat thermometer into the centermost point of the dip. Once it reaches 165℉, the chicken is considered safe to eat.
