Slow Cooker Dubai Chocolate Steel Cut Oats are rich, creamy, and indulgent. Chocolate overnight oats are topped with delicious pistachio butter, crunchy kataifi, pistachios, and chocolate chips for a real treat.

Grease the slow cooker with oil or non-stick spray. Do NOT skip this step or cleanup will be difficult.
Add 1 cup steel cut oats, 4 cups milk of choice, ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, and ½ teaspoon salt to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until oats are tender and creamy.
Stir after cooking. Add more milk if a thinner texture is preferred.
When sering, top each serving with pistachio butter, crunchy toasted kataifi (Dubai-style topping), chocolate chips, and pistachios.
- The chocolate base of the oatmeal is not very sweet as written. If you choose not to add toppings, add additional sweetener to taste.
