- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
- 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes diced
- 14.5 oz can creamed style corn
- 14.5 oz can corn drained
- 10 oz enchilada sauce
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4.5 oz can diced chilies
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Place 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to a greased slow cooker
Add in 15 oz can black beans, 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes, 14.5 oz can creamed style corn, 14.5 oz can corn, 10 oz enchilada sauce, 1 medium onion, 4.5 oz can diced chilies, 2 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoon chili powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander
Top with 4 cups chicken broth and stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
