Dip is safe to serve one the centermost spot reaches 160℉.
Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
I use full-fat cottage cheese for this recipe. It comes out creamy and delicious.
I like to buy Jumbo containers of cottage, and use an immersion blender to whip it right in the container. Less dishes to wash, and I always have creamy and delicious whipped cottage cheese on hand!
For a spicier dip, use hot salsa, jalapenos, and shredded pepper jack cheese.
See above write-up for additional serving and substitution ideas.
