- 8 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 oz Mexican style cheese blend shredded
- 8 oz Cream cheese cut into cubes
- ⅓ cup Milk of choice
- 15 oz Corn canned, drained
- 15 oz Creamed corn
- 15 oz Black beans canned, drained
- 14.5 oz Tomatoes diced, canned
- 8 oz Chili peppers diced
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- ¼+ cup Fresh cilantro chopped
spray slow cooker with non-stick spray of choice
add all ingredients into slow cooker
8 oz Cheddar cheese, 8 oz Mexican style cheese blend, 8 oz Cream cheese, ⅓ cup Milk of choice, 15 oz Corn, 15 oz Creamed corn, 15 oz Black beans, 14.5 oz Tomatoes, 8 oz Chili peppers, ½ cup Onion, 1 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon Chili powder, ¼+ cup Fresh cilantro
stir to combine. cover and cook on low for about 6 hours
stir and top with fresh chopped cilantro
serve warm directly from your slow cooker
If you feel your dip is a little thinner than you would like, cook uncovered for the last hour or so.
Serve with a scoop-style tortilla chip, you are going to want to get as much as you can on each chip!
