Slow Cooker Cajun Steak Bites
Tender and juicy slow cooked cajun butter steak bites are amazingly delicious and super easy to make. Just toss all the ingredients and let your crock-pot work its magic.

- 2 lbs stew meat cut into 2" chunks
- ¼ lb butter one stick, salted
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon cayenne powder add an extra teaspoon if you like it hot!
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
spray or grease slow cooker with non-stick agent of choice
add beef into bottom of the slow cooker
2 lbs stew meat
sprinkle all powdered seasonings over meat and stir to combine
1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoon cayenne powder, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper, 1 teaspoon brown sugar
place butter on top of seasoning coated meat.

cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours

If you are not a fan of spice, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper by half.
