Slow Cooker Buffalo Bean Dip
Slow Cooker Buffalo Bean Dip is the vegetarian version of everyone's favorite dip. It is a creamy, cheesy appetizer made with white beans, Buffalo wing sauce, and melted cheddar. This easy slow cooker dip is perfect for game days, parties, and casual get-togethers.

- 2 - 15 oz cans white beans drained and rinsed
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce of choice
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
To a well greased slow cooker, add 2 - 15 oz cans white beans , 12 oz whipped cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce , and 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
Stir well until combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours high for 1½ hours
Stir well and sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly over top
Cover and cook for an additional 10 - 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted
Turn down to warm and serve right from your slow cooker
- Cannellini beans, great northern beans, navy beans, or chickpeas all work well
- For a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to blend some of the beans in the dip.
- If you choose to cook on the high setting, check in after about an hour or so to make sure the edges aren't burning. If they start to burn, turn it down to the low setting.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in the microwave.
