Place a tortilla of choice on a flat surface
Brush lightly with olive oil (you can also use an olive oil spray)
Sprinkle with garlic salt (or seasoning of your choice)
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into triangles
Place the flavored triangles in a single layer on parchment paper
Air fry the tortilla triangles at 350℉ for 6-7 minutes
Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Chips will continue to crisp up a bit after they are removed.
Cool and serve
- *Corn tortillas may require an extra minute or two of cooking to reach desired crispiness.
- Chips can go from done to burnt very quickly. Each air fryer is slightly different. Watch the first round or two carefully to ensure that your chips don't burn.
- Chips will continue to crisp as they cool.

- Note that the first batch may take an extra 30 seconds or so to cook. Subsequent batches going into a warm oven will cook faster.
