  • 16 oz baby potatoes To avoid cutting, buy the smallest potatoes possible
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Add 16 oz baby potatoes, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning to a zip-top bag
  • Close the bag and shake until all potatoes are coated with oil and seasonings.
  • Place coated potatoes into the air-fryer basket and cook at 400℉ for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, toss the potatoes to rotate and continue to cook for another 10 mintues.
  • Check on your potatoes. Based on your air fryer and personal preferences, you may feel that your potatoes are ready to go at this point. For an extra crispy exterior, continue to cook potatoes for an additional 10 minutes.

  2. Each air fryer cooks a little differently.  The first time you make this dish, check on the potatoes every 10 minutes. 
  3. Cooking the potatoes for more than 30 minutes may cause the garlic and other seasonings to burn
