Lazy Slow Cooker Buffalo Turkey Dip

Crockpot Buffalo turkey dip is a great way to use up leftover holiday turkey However, it is so delicious, you will want to make it even when you don't have leftovers. Move over chicken there is a new Buffalo dip in town!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded turkey I prefer breast for this, but any will do
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles divided
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • chopped green onion for garnish optional

Instructions

  • place liner in slow cooker (optional)
  • shred turkey and add to slow cooker
    2 cups shredded turkey
  • add cream cheese, ranch dressing and wing sauce
    8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup ranch dressing, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • add ⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles and 1 cup shredded cheddar
    ½ cup blue cheese crumbles, 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • stir to mix
  • cover and cook on low 2 hours
  • after two hours, remove lid and stir again to fully combine.
  • sprinkle remaining cheddar and blue cheese crumbles over top of mixture
    ½ cup blue cheese crumbles, 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cover and allow top cheeses to melt
    chopped green onion for garnish
  • enjoy!
