The Lazy Slow Cooker Steak
This easy slow cooker steak recipe just about guarantees you will have a perfect beef entree. Let your crockpot turn even tougher cuts of meat into a tender and flavorful meal.
- 2-4 Steaks I used NY strip that was on a great sale in the photo.
- 2-4 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1½ cups Steak/Worcestershire Sauce, divided use your favorite
- Salt and Pepper to taste
For zero clean up, use a slow cooker liner, otherwise, coat lightly with oil or non-stick spray.
Fill the bottom of the slow cooker with 1 cup steak sauce of choice. Place steak in slow cooker vessel on top of sauce.
Spread 1 Tablespoon minced garlic on each steak
spoon remaining ½ of steak sauce on top of steaks
Add salt and pepper if interested (I don't use either)
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (preferred) or 4 hours on high,
