  • Add all ingredients into slow cooker
    36 Ounces baby carrots, ½ cup pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla, ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • stir to combine
  • cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  • when carrots are soft all the way through, remove lid and serve

Notes

  • Colorful carrots make for a very decorative and festive dish, when available
  • If baby carrots are not available, use full-sized carrots cut into 1" - 1.5" pieces
  • To make this dish vegan, use a vegan butter substitute.
