Slow Cooker Indoor S'mores Dip

Indoor S'mores Dip made in your slow cooker - what could be better?!?! This any-time-of-year treat has all the gooey, sweet, rich chocolaty flavor you love about traditional s'mores, but can be made in any weather. The perfect crowd pleaser!

Equipment

  • 3.5 quart slow cooker or larger A rectangular or casserole crock pot is great, but not necessary

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips OR 6-7 full sized milk chocolate Hershey bars
  • 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 14 oz box graham crackers for dipping
  • Fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  • line slow cooker with slow cooker liner OR spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • cover the bottom of your slow cooker with a single layer of chocolate chips or Hershey bar pieces
    1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • top with a single layer of mini marshmallows
  • cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours. when marshmallows have melted together, your dish is ready to serve
  • serve with graham crackers or fruit for dipping and ENJOY!!!

Notes

You will not use the full bag of chocolate chips or marshmallows with just one round of this recipe.  But, you want to buy a large enough quantity of each to ensure you have  enough for a thick solid layer of each.  (see photos above for reference)
