Slow Cooker Corn On The Cob

Slow cooker corn on the cob is the easiest way to make perfect, delicious corn. Set corn in your crockpot in advance and free up your time, hands, and oven/grill for everything else.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4-10 ears of corn cleaned and cut in half
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • remove husk and silk from each ear of corn
    4-10 ears of corn
  • break ears of corn in half*
    4-10 ears of corn
  • pour water over corn
    ¼ cup water
  • cover and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low
  • Enjoy

Notes

You can cook full ears of corn using this method if you prefer.  Breaking them in half allows for more corn to fit into your slow cooker and (in my experience) often leads to less waste.
