Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 cups milk of choice
  • cup peanut butter of choice plus more if you want to add it on top
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • jelly

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to slow cooker except jelly
    1 cup steel cut oats, 4 cups milk of choice, ⅔ cup peanut butter of choice, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • cover and cook on low for about 2 hours
  • top with jelly and extra peanut butter and enjoy!

Notes:
If you would rather make this an overnight oatmeal dish, use a plant base milk and place your slow cooker on the warm setting for 8-12 hours.
